Ebola Outbreak DRC - Diagnostics and Vaccines

I'm assuming Xpert is being used for diagnosis in current outbreak given their capacity: http://www.who.int/emergencies/ebola-DRC-2017/articles/rapid-diagnosis/en/

My main concerns are that they 1. have good diagnostics at the source of cases and 2. maximize opportunities to use the new vaccine. I haven't seen any vaccination roll-out plans, have you?
