University of Arizona Health Sciences Researchers Identify New Target for Developing Flavivirus Vaccines

Flaviviruses, which include dengue, Zika, West Nile, Japanese encephalitis, and yellow fever, have few effective vaccines. The University of Arizona is researching ways to target specific locations on the viruses that are unique to each type and strain as a way to address the challenges associated with developing Flavivirus vaccines.
