Dual-Use Education Concerns in Biotechnology: Pakistani Perspective


This report gives an understanding of the assessment, management and mitigation of the risk associated with dual-use of biotechnology and the laws, rules, legislation and regulation pertaining to these aspects is critical for promoting a safe scientific culture in Pakistan. It also documents results of the awareness raising surveys which were carried out to do gap analyses to judge the level of awareness among practitioners of science about the “Dual-Use Education”.
